Nathan Merz will lead the evening with stories, insights, and a walk-around of several special cars inside the Park Place showroom. Expect great conversation, a lively Q&A, and the kind of Porsche talk that happens when enthusiasts gather in the same place. Cold drinks, good bites, great cars, and great people.
We’ll also take the conversation outside for a casual “walk and talk” around the parking lot, where Nathan and the Idaho Air team will highlight interesting cars brought by attendees. Think of it as an informal rolling discussion about the machines people drove in.
Bring Your Car
Guests are encouraged to drive their Porsche and enjoy the evening among fellow enthusiasts. There will be plenty of parking at the venue, so feel free to bring your favorite car, whether it’s an air-cooled Porsche, a water-cooled model, or any other interesting vehicle. We want to see what everyone drove in.

Nathan Merz is one of the most respected voices in the classic Porsche community. Many enthusiasts know him from Porsche Club of America events, technical talks, and his online content where he shares deep knowledge of air-cooled cars, restoration, and Porsche history. During the evening Nathan will host a walk-around inside the Park Place showroom, highlighting several special cars and sharing what makes them unique from a technical and historical perspective. The conversation will be informal and interactive. Ask questions, share stories, and enjoy the rare opportunity to spend time with someone who has spent decades around these machines.

We are excited to have Whitney Fredin Events providing the catering for the evening.Expect a selection of thoughtful small bites designed for a social gathering rather than a formal meal. Open bar included. Beer, wine, and beverages will be available throughout the evening.
